Long Therapy Services, LLC offers online (telehealth) therapy sessions to residents of Ohio only.

All telehealth sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms provided by SonderMind and Headway. These systems include encryption and identity verification to protect confidentiality.

Informed Consent

Clients must complete a telehealth informed consent form through the respective platform before services begin.
By participating in telehealth, clients acknowledge understanding of:

  • Possible benefits and limitations of remote therapy

  • Potential risks (e.g., technology issues, privacy considerations)

  • Their right to stop or resume in-person services when available

Technical Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet location during sessions.
